Vicki has been involved in puppy classes for over 20 years. We believe that puppy classes are among the most important classes that you will ever attend with your dog. Puppy classes shape how your dog will grow up and relate to other dogs, other people and you. We take great care in making sure that each puppy is socialized in a way that benefits him and protects his comfort level to ensure positive experiences at this critical period in his life. Puppy socialization class is for puppies between the ages of 2 and 5 months old. This class is designed to socialize puppies with other puppies as well as new people and to help owners deal with puppy issues such as potty training, biting, jumping up and more. We also get the puppies started on learning the fundamental obedience behaviors such as sit, down, come and loose leash walking. Owners should bring a 6 foot leather, nylon or cotton lead, buckle or snap collar and treats, as well as proof of shots. Puppies must have had at least 2 shots and puppies over 4 months old must have had their rabies shot. This is a 6 week course.
